We all believe that it is harmful to eat sweets, because we are told by our parents or others all the time.


But in the second thought, marshmallows, candy, fruit candy can turn out that these goodies are not only not harmful, but even beneficial to the organism.

We take a break from work or doing things everyday and some short-term break can help to improve our clarity and thus improve company's productivity. It also helps to overcome the stress from job load or other matters. Eventually we can withdraw ourselves from having unwanted or excessive stress at work because letting stress build up could be unhealthy in several ways. Our body is designed to respond to short bursts of stress, but when the stress is prolonged the response will be triggered repeatedly on a regular basis and if the situation remains, it may also turns into chronic stress and therefore the real health problems will set in.

So, having some break with some refresher food can 
  • Interrupt the cycle of stress that can lead to overwhelm,

Research shown that kids do better in school when they've eaten a high fiber, low glycemic index breakfast. if we regularly skip breakfast in the interest of saving time, calories, or getting a few more minutes of sleep, remember that eating a wholesome, nutritious morning meal will probably save you time in the long run.
