We take a break from work or doing things everyday and some short-term break can help to improve our clarity and thus improve company's productivity. It also helps to overcome the stress from job load or other matters. Eventually we can withdraw ourselves from having unwanted or excessive stress at work because letting stress build up could be unhealthy in several ways. Our body is designed to respond to short bursts of stress, but when the stress is prolonged the response will be triggered repeatedly on a regular basis and if the situation remains, it may also turns into chronic stress and therefore the real health problems will set in.

So, having some break with some refresher food can 
  • Interrupt the cycle of stress that can lead to overwhelm,
  • Restore ourselves physically and mentally strong to a healthier place,
  • Improve our thinking-memory, reduce negligence and carelessness,
  • Restore your energy, and enhance your motivation and able to engage at work,
  • Relieve the stress while sitting alone in a comfortable place,
  • Let us become more flexible while doing further tasks,
  • increase your thinking capacity.
So, taking some appropriate short term of breaks enable us to work further, smarter and effectively.
Having tea break together with friends can be delighting.
